Servicing & Maintenance FAQ’s

How often should stage equipment be serviced?

We generally recommend a full service every 12 months, though high-use venues may benefit from a six-monthly check.

Can you service our systems during term time?

Yes. As long as the room is clear, our DBS-checked engineers can work during term or holiday periods with minimal disruption.

Do you provide a report after servicing?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a detailed report summarising all checks, findings, remedial actions and recommendations for future maintenance.

Do you work on all types of stage systems?

Yes — our team services stage lighting, audio, video and rigging systems from most major manufacturers.

Do you supply and service equipment in London and nearby counties?

Yes. We regularly service and maintain stage systems for schools and venues across London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and also travel to projects nationwide when required.

Can you repair faults discovered during a service visit?

Yes. Minor faults or issues identified during your service can often be repaired on the spot. If more extensive work or replacement parts are required, we’ll provide a clear quotation and timescale before proceeding.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Absolutely. Many schools and venues choose our annual maintenance contracts for convenience and cost efficiency. These include scheduled visits, priority support, and comprehensive documentation to keep your systems compliant year after year.
